Wallace Contracts Ltd was entrusted by Parogon Group to carry out the internal decoration of Willow Restaurant in Trentham Gardens. This venue offers a relaxed, Mediterranean‑inspired dining experience, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between in a light, stylish, and welcoming environment.

Our work at Willow Restaurant included the restaurant area, the communal zones, and the toilet facilities. We applied high-quality decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and joinery, tailoring our paint and design choices to reflect the restaurant’s botanical, Mediterranean aesthetic. The overall aim was to evoke a sense of calm sophistication, blending natural textures with warm tones to reinforce the identity of the Willow brand.

Because Willow is a destination within a high‑profile garden and shopping setting, we worked carefully around the operations, phasing our work to minimise disruption and ensure the venue remained inviting throughout. We selected coatings that are both beautiful and durable — able to withstand the footfall and wear typical of a busy hospitality venue, while still delivering an elegant, premium finish.

The end result is a refined, cohesive interior that supports the guest experience. The refurbished restaurant feels serene and elevated, whilst still retaining the informal charm and accessibility that makes Willow special. The refreshed décor reinforces Parogon Group’s commitment to high standards and design integrity, giving this Trentham Gardens venue the quality and finish it deserves.
