Before commencing any project we carry out a full site risk assessment and create full method statements to outline exactly how the work should be carried out safely. Once appointed we will draft a Construction Phase Plan and conduct pre-start meetings to ensure appropriate control measures are identified, documented and implemented. By utilising directly employed operatives we ensure that our staff are trained and work to the highest standards of safety and our comprehensive reporting policy and site audits allow us to ensure we continually improve our safety processes.
