Dilapidation Project, Clevedon Fasteners, Sutton Coldfield
We recently completed this Dilapidation Project for our client Clevedon Fasteners in Sutton Coldfield.
The project involved:- Strip out and dispose of redundant fixtures and fittings
- Epoxy resin floor coating applied in the warehouse area
- Decoration to office areas and warehouse
- Installation of new carpet tiles and vinyl floor coverings
- Roller shutter repairs and servicing
- Roof cut edge corrosion treatment
- Gutter repairs
- Electrical testing and upgrades
- Gas servicing
The tender exercise including surveys, specifications and pricing was completed by Barnsley Bate Chartered Building Surveyors based in Birmingham. They also supported the project delivery and handover.
