Care Home Refurbishment, HC-One, Bexhill on Sea

We have started on-site at Grosvenor Park Care Home in Bexhill on Sea for our client HC-One.The project includes the refurbishment of 12no. en-suite bedrooms to be converted into level access wet rooms. The refurbishment of 2no communal bathrooms, Lounge, Bar, Shop, Store, Lobby, Hair Salon, Library and the front canopy.

Works will include the installation of new floor coverings, redecorations, soft furnishings, new sanitaryware items, replacement of ironmongery, new doors and door closers, and associated electrical installations including new lighting, switches and sockets. Our partners supplying quality materials enabling us to complete the project to the highest standards include Pro Care, Johnstones, Danfloor, Howdens, Dar Lighting & Travis Perkins.
