Refurbishment Project – Leonard Cheshire, Colwyn Bay

We recently completed this refurbishment project for Leonard Cheshire at their Eithinog Care Home in Colwyn Bay. The project involved rip out, installation of new ceiling, plastering, lighting and sockets, plumbing and radiators, kitchen installation, flooring, blinds, glass replacement, UPVC window upgrades, drainage works and decoration.

The tender exercise including surveys, specifications and pricing was completed by Rowley Szilagy Building Surveyors & Property Consultants. They also supported the project delivery and handover.
