We are experienced in delivering your projects to offer a seamless and hassle free service.

Once a contract is awarded a dedicated project manager will be appointed. A pre start meeting will be conducted to finalise timescales, sequencing and to confirm health & safety arrangements.

The program of work is agreed with the client and key stakeholders. A Construction Phase Plan, risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments are drafted.

The site manager hosts daily progress updates with the various trades to ensure works remain on program at all times.

The Contracts Manager updates the client weekly regarding progress confirming that site progress is on target and to increase labour levels if any activities are behind program.

The Contracts Manager carries out weekly snagging of completed works and snags the entire project prior to practical completion to guarantee projects are handed over on time and snag free.

We were contacted by our client Hurstwood Holdings to remodel their offices to increase the capacity of the units for leasing purposes.

The project included: rip out, New Partitions & plastering and New Electrical Designs.

We completed this Office Refurbishment for our client Ibstock Brick at their premises in Stoke on Trent.

The project included building new offices, electrical rewire and installation of new floor boxes to accommodate the new layout. A new kitchen was installed, new vinyl floors and carpets installed, finished off with decorations.

We completed several Dilapidation Projects Nationwide for our clients Flying Tiger, Carphone Warehouse & Cats Protection.

Projects included removals and disposals of fixtures & fittings, internal & external joinery repairs, plumbing, electrics, fire & intruder alarms, decoration & flooring

Voyage Healthcare, Wet-Room Adaptations & Installation, Corby

We were contacted by our client Voyage Healthcare to design, supply & install bathroom to wet-room adaptation requirements.

We converted the existing bathroom into a wet-room with level access walk in shower to meet the individual needs of the tenant.

The materials were supplied by our partners Procare Shower & Bathrooms and Johnstone’s Paints.
